Cozy Home on Lake Huron I

Me and a girlfriend just went up to have a girls night just to get away for some R&R and that was the perfect place. Positive: The location was great. Loved the view of the lake. The house was very clean and everything that I needed was there. Negative: The only thing that I didn’t like about the property was the patio wasn’t really cleaned off. Looks like it hadn’t been used for a while.

A work in progress with a lake view Positive: Neighborhood was wonderfully quiet Negative: Property located on a marshy inlet. Tap water smells like sulfur. They have water treatment appliance and are attempting to address the issue, just not yet successfully. Bits of the cabin have been upgraded. Feels less like a cozy home and more like glamping.

Great stay Positive: The view of lake and bed Negative: Nothing

The home was easy to find and exceptionally clean. Jeff was a super host and quickly answered any questions I had. We were pleasantly surprised to find cornhole in the yard when we arrived, and you can’t beat the view around the fire pit, this place is truly a hidden gem!

Lovely family holiday getaway. Positive: The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The loft was beautiful and we loved the location. It's a nice family holiday getaway. Negative: The living room and 1st-floor bedroom were quite chilly.
